Join us for an exploration into the wonderful world of Historic Navajo Textiles, courtesy of the collection and expertise of Jim Baron. A historian, collector, and dealer of Navajo weavings for over 40 years; this is a unique opportunity to speak with a respected authority about what makes these Native American works of art so significant. This show has been curated by our guest from his extensive collection to illustrate different weaving styles and techniques through the years and how to identify the differences. Exhibition will be on display with pieces for sale in the shop for the month of January. Opening reception will include live music by Otherly Love! Beverages, community and as much Navajo rug talk as you can handle await. An extra special Art Party not to be missed.
